Crafty Cake Studio ships within the United States only. All orders are shipped through USPS.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day before shipment. Processing time is separate from the estimated shipping time below.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Choosing Priority Mail does not shorten the processing time.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. USPS delays, severe weather, holidays, and other disruptions may affect delivery. Please allow for both processing and transit time when ordering for an event.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We may be unable to change the delivery address after an order has shipped.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Orders

If your shipment is delayed, appears to be missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can investigate and assist you. For damaged items, please retain the packaging and include photos if possible.
